oh & fyi if comments are getting screened and if you'd prefer they not automatically get screened them you can fix it in your journal settings somewhere. I have a feeling LJ fiddled with something cause some communities had trouble with auto screened comments as well.

this print would also be over the size limit in our normal flat pack. we're sorry aussie post changed their size limits, too. there are only a couple countries in the world with them as low as AU.Anonymous

slightly disappointed on the paper size..
either this version is too small or the time-version is too big, there is only about 4-5" difference between the two.. Was hoping for a larger difference like the "two sisters". Think i would just go for the timed version.Anonymous

That is twice in a row. Credit card wouldn't work, so I used PayPal. Seem to remember that happening with She Entwined as well. Hope everyone else had good luck.Anonymous

Your system has a problem with payment with Credit card
I'm trying to pay with credit card, but system give me always an error (the error is the same both I fill the form with real data that with unreal). Error is: 270 - line item 1 is invalid. I haven't paypal, I hope that the problem's going to solve... :|Anonymous

I'm surprised that the "want it!" button is still there, maybe the commenter who posted about the size difference convinced others to buy the time limited one instead haha. Even after accounting for that beautiful frame, the price diff and size diff is a little... I wonder if riots would commence if the time limited print size is reduced to 15inches hahaha
btw I wonder if the Past Sales page can be amended to add every print that has ever been released? Like Just Between Us, Tangled, Enrapture, Kazamachi, Carry On, Letting Go... and Reconcile + Negaigoto? With the dimensions of the print and the edition size? I think it could help so those who aren't aware will then know not to request them anymore.

You did not respond to me email sent October 14 asking for an update, so I am trying you reach you here. I am expecting a replacement frame for the one that arrived chipped. You advised me on September 13 that you would send out a replacement once all the orders were shipped. As of October 20, it has not arrived. Please advise.Thanks

I'm still waiting on my framed Charlotte print. This Thursday will be the 10th week since my ordered was placed. Not sure if this is a common issue with Static Medium, or if it's a frame vendor issue. I have emailed Leah as well and she did reply. But as of October 6th When she replied and told me "Thank you for bringing this to our attention, somehow it looks like your order fell through the cracks. We'll get your framed print packedup and out to you as soon as possible." This Thursday will be the 3rd week since I received that email. Now reading that you received your frame chipped and it's taking a long time for a replacement make me even more nervous then what I already was. I was wondering if anyone else was having any issues as well or if it was just me. Thanks for your post. Not sure what to do now other then wait. This Sucks Major Balls!
